TRINITI advised the shareholders of Zone Media OÜ – Estonia’s largest domain name registrar and provider of web and email hosting services – on the sale of their shareholdings to the Dutch web services group Your.Online.

Zone, which has been in operation for 27 years, is one of Estonia’s leading digital infrastructure companies, whose services are used by businesses, public sector organisations and many well-known Estonian technology companies. Through this transaction, Zone will become part of one of Europe’s leading web services groups, whilst retaining its existing management, team, local identity and business focus.
