TRINITI represented Lithuanian artificial intelligence startup Guideless in raising a €1 million pre-seed investment. Our team advised the client on the investment transaction, intellectual property protection, and employment law matters.
The round was led by Finnish venture capital fund Superhero Capital, with participation from Firstpick VC and private investors Thomas Plantenga, Mantas Mikuckas, and Vytautas Atkočaitis.
Founded by Evaldas Bieliūnas and Dovydas Remeika, Guideless is developing an AI-powered platform that helps companies automate training creation and manage organisational knowledge more effectively. The company plans to use the investment to further develop its product, expand its team, and accelerate growth in international markets.
